Every year, thousands of children across the U.S. are hospitalized due to severe burns from scalding, flames, or hot liquids.
The experience of a severe burn can be life threatening and often requires extensive medical interventions that can last months, if not years. In addition, the trauma caused by a burn can leave emotional scars as a young person grapples with the lonely terror and agony that comes with being badly burned.
At Nina Bee’s Gift, we want to bring hope and healing to children who have experienced severe burns. Based in Dayton, Ohio, we focus on putting smiles on the faces of children ages 4 to 9 in local hospital burn units by gifting them with custom surprise boxes filled with age-appropriate goodies.

our Mission
Nina Bee’s Gift brings hope and healing to children who have experienced severe burns. Based in Dayton, Ohio, we focus on putting smiles on the faces of children ages 4 to 9 in local hospital burn units by gifting them with custom surprise boxes filled with age-appropriate goodies. Our gift boxes include books, coloring books, and stuffed animals inspired by the characters in the books we distribute. We also provide children with access to fun and inspirational songs. Each product is hand selected for a child to bring peace where there is pain. We are motivated by the simple idea that happiness promotes healing. Our ultimate mission is to be a support to the families whose children are suffering, letting them know they are not alone.
